 athering\, we are delighted to announce the second edition of the Global C
 roque Monsieur Workshop (GloCroMoWo)\, taking place from the 15th to the 1
 7th of April 2026 in the ever-charming city of Gent\, Belgium.\nGloCroMoWo
  2026 expands on the original recipe with an even richer and more ambitiou
 s program. Participants can look forward to an international selection of 
 cutting-edge croque creations\, where culinary craftsmanship meets rigorou
 s (and occasionally questionable) scientific inquiry. From advanced bécha
 mel dynamics to structural integrity in multi-layer croques\, the workshop
  will feature hands-on tutorials\, tasting sessions\, keynote talks\, and 
 lively discussions on the latest breakthroughs in croque science.\nThis ye
 ar\, we place an even stronger emphasis on collaboration and experimentati
 on. Attendees are encouraged to bring bold ideas\, challenge established c
 roque paradigms\, and actively participate in both preparation and critica
 l evaluation sessions.\nAs tradition now dictates\, participants will once
  again compete for three highly coveted distinctions:\n\nBest Overall Croq
 ue\nMost Unexpectedly Edible Croque\nBest Scientific Poster on a Croque-Re
